  • Custom orders require full or partial advance payment, as agreed upon at the time of purchase.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices listed on our website are in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We accept payments through bank transfers, E-wallets, and other available payment methods.
  • Orders will only be processed once full payment or agreed advance payment has been received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan. International shipping availability and charges may vary.
  • Delivery timelines depend on the nature of the order:
    • Ready-to-wear items: Dispatched within 3-7 business days.
    • Customized orders: Processing time will be communicated at the time of order placement.
  • Zani n Zaru is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Customization Policy

  • Custom orders are tailored specifically for each customer and require detailed communication before production begins.
  • Once a custom order is confirmed and production has started, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

6. Exchange & Refund Policy

We strive to ensure that you love every piece you purchase from Zani n Zaru. However, if there is an issue with your order, please review the following policies:

Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued except in cases where we are unable to fulfill an order.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be canceled if you have credited the payment or gone out of our studio.
  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
